Building our first house in Ellenbrook

We are quite lucky to be eligible for the first home buyers grant. The Australian government actually gives you 21k to buy/build a brand new house. How good is that? We deicided to buy a plot of Land in Ellenbrook and go through Homebuyers to build our first home. See below different information about Ellenbrook and some photos of our land. It’s not 100% confirmed since we have to wait a confirmation from the Bank. So let’s cross fingers. If everything goes fine, we should be in our house by April next year
